2. Service Appointments

Scheduling

  • Appointments are scheduled based on availability and technician routing
  • We offer standard appointment windows from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week
  • Emergency services are available 24/7 for urgent situations
  • You will receive appointment confirmation via phone, email, or text message

Arrival and Access

  • Our technicians will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival
  • An adult (18 years or older) must be present during the service visit
  • You must provide safe and clear access to HVAC equipment
  • Please inform us of any access codes, pets, or special instructions in advance
  • If access cannot be provided, a trip charge may apply

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling
  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee
  • No-shows without prior notice will incur a trip charge
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or emergencies

3. Estimates and Pricing

Diagnostic Fees

A diagnostic fee applies to service calls where we assess your HVAC system. This fee is typically applied toward the cost of repair if you proceed with our service.

Written Estimates

  • All repair estimates are provided in writing before work begins
  • Estimates include parts, labor, and applicable taxes
  • You must approve the estimate before we proceed with repairs
  • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided

Additional Repairs

If additional repairs are discovered during service, we will:

  • Stop work and inform you of the additional issues

  • Only proceed with your explicit authorization
