The Challenge

Our Solution

We installed a Mitsubishi single-zone ductless mini-split system. The indoor unit was placed discretely high on the wall, and the refrigerant line was run through the exterior to preserve the home's character. The system provides both heating and cooling with whisper-quiet operation.

We installed a whole-home air purification system including a HEPA bypass filter, UV germicidal light in the air handler, and upgraded to MERV-16 filters. We also sealed duct leaks that were allowing unfiltered air into the system.
